I’ve created this short form to help me understand the key details of your project. Once I’ve received your responses, I’ll be in touch by phone as soon as possible to discuss your requirements and provide you with a fixed-fee proposal for my architectural services.

Stage 1 - As Existing Drawings

  • ​I undertake an accurate measured survey to draw scaled plans.

  • We have an interactive design brief together at your home where we sketch out the project.

Stage 2 - Concept Designs

  • Make informed decisions as I bring your ideas to life with my industry leading CAD software.

  • Unlimited design revisions will guarantee your perfect extension.

Stage 3 - Developed Design & Submission

  • Once the design has been finalised I will prepare and submit your planning application / Lawful Development Certificate.
