My 3 Simple Architectural Stages for Planning and Design Success
​Stage 1 - I undertake a full Measured Survey of your home and draw up your Existing Architectural Plans.

Stage 2 - We undergo an interactive Design Brief together & I draw out your Concept Drawings.

Stage 3 - I offer Unlimited design revisions to perfect your extension. Utilising my expert planning knowledge I will complete your application and work with your Local Planning Authority to achieve your Planning Permission / Lawful Development Certificate.

Following this process I have achieved over 250 extensions / loft conversion approvals from the council in the the last 3 years, and I can't wait to work with you on your project.​
