I undertake a full Measured Survey of your home and draw up your Existing Architectural Plans.

Stage 2

We undergo an interactive Design Brief together at your home & I draw out your Concept Drawings.

(Scaled Proposed Floor Plans, Elevations, Roof Plans, 3D Views Optional).

Stage 3

 I offer Unlimited design revisions to perfect your extension. Utilising my expert planning knowledge developed over the years, I will complete your application and work with your Local Planning Authority to achieve your Planning Permission / Lawful Development Certificate.

Following this process I have over 300 extensions / loft conversion approved in the the last 4 years.
