You will then work with your personal designer to tailor the concepts and create your perfect design!

What size loft conversion are you looking for?
Lawful Development Certificate:

Volume of the loft must not exceed the original roof space by more than:

40m for terraced houses.

50m for all other house types.

The loft must not exceed the height of the existing roof.

No enlargement to the original roof pitch on the principal elevation (fronts a highway).

Any dormer wall must be set back 20cm from the existing wall face.
